BEFORE CARE

AFTER CARE

• * Reduce carbohydrate intake and avoid excess fat, maintain good hydration, and engage in regular physical activity.
• * Avoid strenuous exercise for the first 48 hours.
• * Don't apply cold compresses or ice.
• * Avoid swimming pools and saunas for 1 week.
• * Apply photoprotector (+50FPS).
