BEFORE CARE

• * Avoid taking medications such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Naproxen (NSAIDs) 48 hours before the procedure.
• * Avoid supplements such as Omega-3, Vitamin E, and Ginkgo Biloba 3 days prior.
• * Do not consume alcohol 24 hours before.
• * Do not undergo chemical peels, laser treatments, or any other procedures that may irritate the skin before the treatment.

AFTER CARE

• * Avoid rubbing, massaging, or applying pressure to the treated area during the first 24 hours.
• * Avoid lying down on the treated area. Remain in an upright position for the first 24 hours.
• * Avoid intense physical exercise during the first 24 hours.
• * Use sunscreen before sun exposure and reapply every 3 hours.
• * Avoid consuming alcohol during the first 24 hours.
• * Avoid saunas, jacuzzis, or steam rooms.
• * Avoid invasive facial treatments such as peels, microdermabrasion, laser, microneedling, among others.
